There is news from Dow Jones Newswires about KFC Australia has decided to switch to the newly developed and locally produced high oleic canola, or monola, from Malaysian
produced palm oil from next month.
KFC's stores in New Zealand, which number more than 100, are already using a
blend of high oleic canola and high oleic sunflower.
Just curious how much monola will be used by KFC Australia to replace palm oil?
