Hourly cpo futures at 1130am may turn sell but must based on any new high above 3084 to decide the selling price. Therefore, if high is 3084 for the 1st hour of trading, cpo futures sell if 1130am at 3069 or lower, and assume that high hit 3101, cpo futures sell if 1130am at 3085 or lower.
